Anyone who is visually impaired, blind, physically disabled or reading disabled is eligible to receive our free services.
If you are not already registered with the National Library Service or another organization for the blind or reading disabled, and if you do not currently have a DTB machine, please fill out
this form, which will give you access to both the NLS system and to us, and we will help process it for you. You may either fill out the PDF form, save it, and email it to
library@jbilibrary.org, or print it and mail it to:
