Branches of Learning: A Tu Bishvat Exploration

Virtual Program: Thursday, February 13 at 4:30pm ET via Zoom

Pining for knowledge about the holiday Tu Bishvat? Join JBI’s Head Librarian Jill Rothstein for a chance to spruce up your tree knowledge as we guide you through the textures, tastes, and meanings behind the plants customarily celebrated on Tu Bishvat, also known as “simanim”. Cozy up and escape the winter cold with this virtual festival of nature! Texts are available in braille and large print formats upon request for registrants.

If you’d like to request mailed program materials, we ask that you register by 2/4 to ensure they are delivered on time.

We offer a free library of Jewish interest books and other publications in accessible formats for visually impaired individuals.
