Book Club: The Measure by Nikki Erlick

It seems like any other day. You wake up, drink a cup of coffee, and head out. But today, when you open your front door, waiting for you is a small wooden box. The contents of this mysterious box tell you the exact number of years you will live. You're faced with the extraordinary question: do you choose to find out the length of your life? This novel follows the story of eight individuals. The story follows an interwoven cast of characters—including best friends, a couple, a doctor, and a politician—as they navigate the societal and personal upheaval caused by this revelation, exploring themes of love, family, hope, and destiny.
